Domestic Shipping (Continental US) We have transitioned away from USPS due to significant delivery delays and lost packages. We now primarily ship via UPS and DHL.

  • USPS Exception: If you live in a rural area and require USPS delivery, please contact us. We will provide a liability agreement to sign and an invoice for the specific shipping rate.

  • Carrier Delays: Please note that while carrier websites may estimate 1–5 days, actual processing can take much longer. We consider a package "lost" only after it has been outstanding for 8 weeks. We are happy to replace orders after this 8-week window.

Returned Packages & Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.

  • Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to missing or incorrect address information provided at checkout, we offer two options:

    1. Refund: We will refund the order total minus the original shipping fees once the package arrives back at our studio safely and in original condition.

    2. Reshipment: We can reship the package to your corrected address; however, the customer is responsible for the new shipping costs.

International Shipping We strongly recommend choosing DHL for international orders. UPS is currently experiencing slower transit times and occasional misplaced items.

  • Refused Packages: If you refuse a package or return it to avoid customs/import charges, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. These will be deducted from your final refund once the package is received back in our studio.
